The TR-3C is a high-performance automatic bundler, specifically designed for the corrugated industry. Newly designed DC brushless motor drives in the sealing head providing for a virtually wear-free, low-maintenance, and simple to understand and operate strapping machine. the TR-3C also features state-of-the- art electrical controls, DC motor controllers, variable frequency controllers, solid state proximity sensors and various safety interlocks. All critical systems - strap feed, track, tensioning, heat sealing, and conveying systems have been proven in the toughest of environments. With the new sealer technology, the TR-3C offers even faster cycle times - it’s easy to strap 25+ bundles per minute on Model 1650 (65”) or even more on smaller track machines. The TR-3C Sealer-head cycle speed is 39 straps / minute.
