The ROMP4 high-speed strapping machines are specifically designed for the mailing and printing industries and utilizes a highly reliable, one-piece strap track formed from a special low wear, low friction material. Actuated by a positive four point cam mechanism, this unique design allows for smooth high-speed, jam free feeding of low cost 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 9mm, and 1/2” Machine Grade Polypropylene  strapping.  The ROMP4 heat-weld system for high-strength strap joints uses electronic temperature control for consistent, reliable seals. Reliable seals mean less product damage and less waste.
  • The ROMP4 can strap at cycle speeds of up to 50 straps per minute by either foot-switch or optional electric eye.
  • Power saver cuts down energy consumption by shutting off system after 3 minutes of non-use and is ready to start again immediately.
  • Swivel-lock casters allow you to easily move machine to different work stations and quickly lock in place.
  • State-of-the-art electronic control system with safety interlock provides increased operator safety.
  • Large 24,000 ft. strap coil - uses lowest cost strapping available.
