These tools come equipped with our exclusive “Z-Lock” reverse locking system designed for the most demanding applications. It provides added protection against the loosening or unlocking of the sealless connection in either direction.The ZL90 series of tools are the latest in innovation, specifically designed for use with high tensile steel strapping (of up to 156,000 psi / 1100 N/mm2) and may also be used with regular duty strapping for much improved durability. For use with strapping sizes from 1 1/4” x .025” (32mm x .635mm) to 1 1/4” x .031” (32mm x 0.80mm).
