My Account

Each logged in user, can maintain their account by selecting my account link at the top right of every page. Other online features of registering and ordering online include:

  • Updating Login, Personal, and Shopping Information
  • Create and Customize Shopping Lists
  • View Open Orders and Quotes
  • View Purchase History
  • Track Your Order
  • View Invoices
  • View Your Account Balances and Make Payments

Forgotten password or account number

Selecting the Sign In link in the top left of the web page will allow a customer to reset their password by selecting the Forgot Password? link. You will be prompted to enter your email address. After you enter your email address press the submit button. Support will automatically send back an email with your current password.

Need Online Access

Selecting the Sign In link in the top left of the web page, will allow existing customers to request online access. This will open the New Shopper web page. To become an online shopper, we will require your name, email, and customer id. Your customer id can be located on an invoice or you can contact us to request this information.

Not a Customer of Rusco Packaging

Selecting the Sign In link in the top left of the web page, will allow new customers the ability to start setting up an account. This will open the New Customer web page. To start the account process, Rusco Packaging will require basic information such as customer billing and ship to information, contact information, etc. More information may be required for setting up terms.

Changing Password and Account Info

The top section of the My Account Profile page displays current login information, personal information and shopping information.

  • click the Edit Info button under Logon Information to change your password.
  • click the Edit Info button under Personal information to change your email address.
  • Shopping Information displays your customer ID and your minimum purchase setting.

Checking Open Orders

Select the My Account link at the top right of the web page. Under the Accounting Information header, select the Open Orders link. This will open a page to run the Open Orders report.

  • Select the start date and end date
  • You can select a specific ship-to-location, or search all
  • You can limit the search to only view transactions placed by your account
  • You can run the report based off Order Number, Purchase Order Number or Item Code instead of a data range. Use the drop-down field to choose the criteria and type the corresponding number into the search box.
  • Click "Submit" to review the open orders that fit the criteria
  • The report can also be downloaded into a spreadsheet. Click the Excel Icon to download.

Viewing Invoices

Select the My Account link at the top right of the web page. Under the Accounting Information header, select the Invoices link. This will open a page to run the Invoices report.

  • Select the start date and end date
  • You can select a specific ship-to-location, or search all
  • You can limit the search to only view transactions placed by your account
  • You can run the report based off Order Number, Purchase Order Number or Invoice Number instead of a data range. Use the drop-down field to choose the criteria and type the corresponding number into the search box.
  • Click "Submit" to review the open orders that fit the criteria
  • The report can also be downloaded into a spreadsheet. Click the Excel Icon to download.

Viewing Purchase History

Select the My Account link at the top right of the web page. Under the Accounting Information header, select Purchase History. This will open a page to run the Purchase History report. There are two options for the type of report: Item Totals or Category Totals

Item Totals Report

  • Select the start date and end date
  • Use the drop-down box to indicate the criteria for the report. Choices include:
    • Specific Item - Enter the Item ID or leave blank
    • Item Range - Enter a starting and ending range of item IDs
    • Specific Customer Part Number - Enter the part number
    • Customer Part Number Range - Enter a starting and ending range of part numbers
    • Vendor - Select a vendor from the drop-down list
    • Invoice - Enter an invoice number
  • You can select a specific ship-to-location, or search all
  • You can limit the search to only view transactions placed by your account
  • Click "Submit" to review the open orders that fit the criteria
  • All Purchase History reports can be sorted by columns exported into a spreadsheet or printed.

Category Totals Report

  • Select the number of months to include in the report
  • Category - double click the category name to drill down to its subcategories or double click "Up a Level" to go back to a parent category. Once you have found your category, highlight it on the list.
  • The report can be displayed as a report or graph
  • You can limit the search to only view transactions place by your account
  • Click Submit button to view the report by category
